Anyone heard of the jewellery designer Monique Pean, nope, didn’t think so! I just found some of her pieces there while perusing the interweb. She is in to creating jewellery from materials that don’t cause “conflict and devastation”, which include fossilized wooly mammoth, pretty beast huh!
Her collection wouldn’t all be to my taste but there are a few pieces that I wouldn’t say no too. The first necklace is amazing, it’s blue Tourmaline and fossilized wooly mammoth tooth, it’s just a pity that I would have to take out a mortgage to buy it.
